Account Cancellation Guide
This guide will help you delete your account directly within the app, without the need to contact customer support.
FOLLOW STEPS BELOW

Open the app and log in Log in to the app with your account credentials.

Go to the Profile Center On the home page, tap the avatar icon in the top left corner to enter the Profile Center.

Tap UID On the Profile Center page, tap the UID section at the top.

Select Account Deletion In the UID details page, choose the “Account Cancellation” option.

Confirm deletion The system will delete your account and associated data. Once completed, your account will be deactivated.
Important Notes

You can only delete your account if you have no active cards and no remaining balance.

Once your account and related data are deleted, they cannot be restored.

After successful account deletion, if you register again with the same information, it will create a new account that is not linked to your previous one.
