PayFun is committed to promoting accessibility, inclusiveness, usability, and equal access to digital services for all users, including individuals with disabilities and users utilizing assistive technologies.

 

This Accessibility Statement describes PayFun’s ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility, usability, compatibility, and user experience of the Platform and Services, while balancing operational, technological, cybersecurity, compliance, and business considerations applicable to a digital asset payment ecosystem.

b. enhancing keyboard navigation functionality;

d. improving color contrast and visual accessibility; 

e. simplifying navigation and interaction flows; 

f. improving mobile accessibility compatibility; 

g. optimizing accessibility features across web and mobile environments; 

h. enhancing interface responsiveness; 

i. improving usability for accessibility technologies; and 

j. conducting accessibility-related operational improvements from time to time. 

1.2. Accessibility obligations, standards, expectations, and technical requirements may vary across jurisdictions and may evolve over time in response to legal, regulatory, technological, industry, operational, or business developments.

1.3. PayFun does not undertake any obligation to continuously monitor, audit, review, or verify accessibility compliance on a real-time or uninterrupted basis.

2. Accessibility Standard

2.1. PayFun aims, where commercially reasonable, technically feasible, operationally practicable, and appropriate under the circumstances, to align portions of the Platform and Services with internationally recognized accessibility standards, principles, and guidelines, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, PayFun does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that:

a. the Platform or Services shall be fully accessible at all times; 

b. all accessibility features shall operate without interruption or limitation; 

c. all content or functionalities shall be fully compatible with all assistive technologies; 

d. all aspects of the Platform shall fully comply with any specific accessibility standard, guideline, or legal requirement; or 

e. accessibility issues, defects, limitations, interruptions, or incompatibilities will not arise from time to time.

2.2. Accessibility performance, compatibility, and usability may vary depending upon device configurations, browser versions, operating systems, internet connectivity, telecommunications environments, assistive technologies, accessibility software, third-party technologies, blockchain interfaces, embedded content, mobile environments, hardware limitations, software compatibility, network conditions, external infrastructure, system integrations, and other technological, operational, security, or environmental factors beyond PayFun’s reasonable control.

3. Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

3.1. Accessibility and usability improvements constitute an ongoing and evolving process. PayFun may periodically review, test, assess, evaluate, modify, redesign, update, improve, suspend, replace, or otherwise adjust accessibility-related features, interfaces, functionalities, technologies, workflows, systems, or operational processes in order to improve usability, compatibility, security, performance, operational efficiency, and accessibility support. Such accessibility efforts may include:

a. automated accessibility assessments;

b. manual usability reviews;

c. compatibility testing;

d. interface optimization;

e. operational evaluations;

f. technical reviews; 

g. accessibility monitoring; and 

h. other accessibility-related activities deemed appropriate by PayFun.

 

3.2. Due to the dynamic and continuously evolving nature of the Services, certain features, interfaces, functionalities, integrations, content, or technologies may temporarily vary in accessibility performance during:

a. updates; 

b. maintenance; 

c. testing; 

d. deployments; 

e. operational changes; 

f. security upgrades; 

g. compliance implementations; or 

h. system modifications.

3.3. Accessibility features, functionalities, or support measures may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, updates, deployments, security implementations, or operational changes.

4. Accessibility Assistance and Accommodation Requests

4.1. Users who encounter accessibility barriers, compatibility issues, usability difficulties, or accessibility-related limitations while accessing or using the Services may contact PayFun to request accessibility assistance, accommodations, or alternative communication methods.

4.2. Where commercially reasonable, technically feasible, operationally practicable, and appropriate under the circumstances, PayFun may provide reasonable accessibility assistance, accommodations, support measures, or alternative communication methods to Users experiencing accessibility difficulties. Availability of accessibility accommodations or support measures may depend upon:

a. technological feasibility; 

b. cybersecurity requirements; 

c. fraud prevention measures; 

d. identity verification obligations; 

e. compliance requirements; 

f. operational limitations; 

g. third-party dependencies; 

h. security controls; and 

i. Applicable Laws.

4.3. Users submitting accessibility-related requests are encouraged to provide sufficient information to assist PayFun in reviewing and assessing the relevant issue, including:

a. device type; 

b. operating system; 

c. browser information; 

d. assistive technologies used; 

e. screenshots where applicable; 

f. description of the issue encountered; and 

g. relevant dates or circumstances.


4.4. PayFun shall use commercially reasonable efforts to review accessibility-related requests and feedback within a reasonable period, subject to operational, technical, legal, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, and resource considerations.

5. Security and Operational Considerations

5.1. Users acknowledge and agree that certain accessibility features, workflows, interfaces, or user experiences may be limited, modified, impacted, delayed, or otherwise affected by:

a. cybersecurity protections; 

b. fraud prevention measures; 

c. authentication requirements; 

d. identity verification procedures; 

e. anti-money laundering controls; 

f. sanctions screening requirements; 

g. operational security controls; 

h. blockchain security measures; 

i. transaction monitoring obligations; 

j. regulatory requirements; or 

k. compliance obligations applicable to the Services.

5.2. PayFun reserves the unrestricted right to implement, maintain, modify, enhance, suspend, or enforce security controls, authentication procedures, operational safeguards, fraud prevention systems, compliance mechanisms, or cybersecurity protections deemed necessary or appropriate by PayFun, notwithstanding any resulting accessibility limitations or usability impacts.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

6.1. The Platform and Services may contain, integrate with, connect to, rely upon, interface with, support, utilize, or otherwise interact with third-party merchants, financial institutions, banking partners, payment processors, custodians, exchanges, blockchain networks, liquidity providers, telecommunications providers, internet service providers, cloud service providers, infrastructure providers, APIs, software development kits, embedded content providers, external websites, app store environments, browser technologies, operating systems, device manufacturers, authentication providers, analytics providers, compliance providers, and other external platforms, technologies, systems, services, applications, or infrastructure that are not owned, operated, controlled, or supervised by PayFun.

6.2. Certain accessibility limitations, interruptions, incompatibilities, delays, usability issues, or operational restrictions may arise from such third-party systems, technologies, integrations, infrastructures, or environments that are not owned, operated, controlled, or supervised by PayFun.

6.3. PayFun does not own, control, supervise, administer, or guarantee the accessibility, compatibility, functionality, availability, content, performance, or practices of any third-party services, systems, technologies, or platforms and shall not be responsible or liable whatsoever for any accessibility-related limitations, disruptions, incompatibilities, failures, or issues arising therefrom.

7. Compatibility Disclaimer

7.1. PayFun does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the Platform, Services, content, interfaces, functionalities, or accessibility features will be compatible with all assistive technologies, accessibility software, browsers, operating systems, devices, hardware configurations, telecommunications environments, network infrastructures, software environments, mobile environments, or third-party technologies at all times.

7.2. Accessibility performance, compatibility, functionality, and usability may vary depending upon user configurations, browser settings, device capabilities, operating systems, accessibility tools, software environments, internet connectivity, network conditions, third-party technologies, hardware limitations, embedded content, blockchain interfaces, cybersecurity measures, operational constraints, and other technological or environmental factors beyond PayFun’s reasonable control.

7.3. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining, maintaining, configuring, updating, and operating compatible devices, internet connectivity, software applications, browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, accessibility tools, telecommunications services, and technical environments necessary to access and use the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, PayFun and its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, banking partners, custodians, payment processors, card issuers, infrastructure providers, and related third parties shall not be liable or responsible whatsoever for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, interruptions, accessibility limitations, compatibility issues, usability issues, operational disruptions, inability to access or use the Services, technological incompatibilities, accessibility-related claims, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, economic, or similar losses or damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with accessibility limitations, assistive technology incompatibilities, device limitations, software incompatibilities, browser limitations, operational security measures, authentication requirements, cybersecurity protections, fraud prevention controls, blockchain infrastructure limitations, third-party technologies, external platforms, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, embedded content, cloud infrastructure failures, network congestion, system interruptions, operating system limitations, hardware malfunctions, service outages, maintenance activities, compliance requirements, or any circumstances, events, conditions, failures, disruptions, technological factors, or matters beyond PayFun’s reasonable control.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option].
